Step：

1.      Using included measuring cup, measure one level cup of dry soybeans(70g)

2.      Cover beans with 2-3inchs of water and soak 8-10 hours at room temperature. After soaking, be sure to wash your soybeans thoroughly.

3.      Fill cylinder with water up to the maximum fill level.

4.      Place all soaked soybeans directly into cylinder

5.      Position machine head onto cylinder and place in a safe position

6.      Attach power cord.

7.      Press only the SOYBEAN MILK button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. The process takes 15-18 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with a flashing power light indicate the cycle is completed. If you want to drink mixed soy milk with rice, press the NUTRITION button, or mung bean milk, press the MUNG BEAN button.

9.  If you like, the additional filter net and a big cup provided is for filtering, the okara and fresh milk can make nutritional tofu, cakes, breads and cookies.
