First of all, let's make it clear that there is a little bit difference between HLP21E(6.6lbs) and HLP23E(8.8lbs):

For HLP21E(6.6lbs), it has one adjustable foot and three fixed feet.

For HLP23E(8.8lbs), all of four feet are adjustable, no nut is needed.

Instructions for Installing Caster

This model (HLP21E) has one adjustable foot and three fixed feet. First of all, lay down the washer on its back side. The adjustable foot is located on the front right corner. Remove all those fixed and adjustable feet.

For three fixed feet, insert the caster into the hole, then screw the nuts from inside.

For adjustable foot, first screw the nut on the caster, then you may install the caster successfully.
