FAQ:

1. Does the quick adapter fit into my faucet?

Yes, it matches all faucets in Canada since it's standard size, even if there is a little bit difference with your faucet, you still can buy a faucet connection in Homedepot or Canadian Tire, cost around $3.89.

2. Is it easy to hook up?

 Yes, when use it, you hook up hose to the facuet, when finish washing , take off the hose.

You can use the washer in your kitchen and bathroom, or move the washer to everywhere you want. 

3. What does 7kg/15.4lbs mean? 

It means the washing capacity is 15.4lbs dry clothes. However we still recommend not to overload for each time.

4. Is this washer noisy when washing? 

We never got any customer complains about the noisy, feel free to use in apartment, your neighbour won't be bothered.  Sweet Tips: Keep washer and clothes balanced when washing and spinning.

5. How is the warranty?

One year manufacturer warranty within USA&CANADA, it is in-home service. If you find any problems of washer, just call Sonya customer service, technician will go to your home to fix the machine. In the first year, you do not have to pay any extra for all parts and labor. There are thousands service centers everywhere.

6. Is this washer energy efficiency?

This washer is  low on electricity use. If you choose low water level, cold water or a short/quick wash - all of these ways will reduce your overall energy use.
