Shipping and Delivery

Shipping of your order

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receiving of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking number and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please make sure when you place order on our web if you choose this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Return policy

Whatever you purchase in Sepgo, you have 30 days, starting from order date, to return and get refund. Please follow the following steps:

1. Informing our customer service center via email with your order ID and request a return, after verification we will send you return ID. Customers should apply return ID within 30 days after your purchase base on order date.

2. Please send your purchased items back to us within 10 days after you receive return ID

3. We will process your refund with 1-2 week after receiving your returned items

4. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping and packaging cost involved in returning process.

5. Products should be in brand new condition without missing any parts and instruction booklet etc.

6. Any type of discount you recieved (e.g gift card,gift certificate etc) when you made your purchase will be deducted in the refund. Sepgo keeps the right of explanation in terms of the value and amount of discount.

7. Gift you received when you make the purchase is not refundable.

8. Sepgo will charge 15% of the refund as restocking fee.

 

Maintenance policy (Within one year warranty)

1. Email to Sepgo customer service center and request repair with your order ID, after confirmation we will send you a repair ID with the address you should be sending the product to.

2. You must send purchased item back to Sepgo within 10 days after you receive repair ID

3. Sepgo will schedule repair within 1-2 weeks after receiving your product.

4. You will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved in repair process

1. Email to Sepgo customer service center and request repair with your order ID, after confirmation we will send you a repair ID with the address you should be sending the product to as well as the repairing fee.

2. You must send purchased item back to Sepgo within 10 days after you receive repair ID
